Lembas bread

A very, very enthusiastic Tolkien fan attempted to figure out the recipe for lembas, the famous Elvish bread gifted to the members of the Fellowship of the Ring when they left Lóthlorien. Of course, it remains to be seen whether this variant has the same magical properties of the original.

    3 eggs
    1 cup honey (preferably wild honey)
    1 tablespoon grated fresh nutmeg
    2 tablespoon of orange juice
    4 tablespoons of grated almonds
    1 teaspoon (3 capsules) of hemp-seed oil
    1/4 cup fresh melted butter
    2-1/4 cups semolina flour
    1/2 teaspoon (sea) salt

    Use griddle iron…

    This sounds very good. I like honey so it seems very good to make all though the ingrediants seem hard to find. Where can u find most of them? I think prob Wal-Mart but i dont know like hemp Seed oil i never heard of it. Hope i can find it.
