Cluttered desks

In Praise of Clutter is an interesting The Economist article arguing the case for clutter in the office desk. According the article, clutter actually helps because paper spread over a desk is a physical representation of thinking processes — “a temporary holding pattern for ideas and inputs” as the article puts it. Interesting stuff. I will have to show this article to my wife :)
